Our designers sourced these beautiful planks from Amsterdam, Holland where they found them recovered from an old wind-powered sawmill. These characterful boards had been smoked which highlighted the visible knots and strong grain detail. Our Traditional Character Oak features darker and richer tones creating a warm feel, again emphasising the character of the knots and crown.
